Once you’re pre-approved with a lender, we sit down and talk about what you’re looking for in a home.

Price range.

Location.

Style of home.

Layout preferences.

Lifestyle needs.

 

And this is the moment where things often get interesting.

 

Many couples start the process wanting very different things.

The other may picture a warm Craftsman home with character and charm.

After our conversation, I begin sending listings that match your goals.

We narrow the list down to a handful of homes to preview in person.

How the neighborhood feels.

Every showing gives us valuable feedback.

What you love.

What you don’t love.

What you didn’t realize was important until you saw it in person.

 

This allows me to refine the search and send you even better options moving forward.

The process becomes more focused.

And the right home becomes easier to identify.
