Accepted Offer at The Colony in Murrieta — A Perfect Example of Why Listening Matters

Finding the right home often comes down to one thing: understanding exactly what a client wants.

Last Thursday evening, my wonderful clients called and asked for help finding their next home in Murrieta, specifically in the beautiful 55+ community at The Colony.

We got to work immediately.

Kyle showed them homes Friday morning so they could begin getting a feel for what was available in the community.

After that first round of showings, we had a detailed conversation about what felt right and what didn’t.

This part of the process is crucial.

Walking through homes together and hearing real-time feedback allows me to refine the search so clients only see homes that truly match their goals.

By Sunday, the search was dialed in.

They toured three homes.

All three were strong contenders.

But one of them stood out immediately.

It felt like home.

We wrote the offer.

And today, the offer was accepted.

Now we move into the next phase of the process.

Escrow will open.

The home inspection will be scheduled right away.

And we’ll begin working toward getting these lovely clients into their new forever home.
